Working alongside our sister company, Palace J Entertainment, who are responsible for Site & Event Management, Palace Group will support the delivery of EXPRO Fitness Festival through event staffing, volunteer coordination and site support.
With all staffing positions now filled, volunteer opportunities are available for those looking to gain hands-on experience and be part of the event team. Volunteers will support a range of event operations across the festival, helping deliver a seamless experience for attendees, partners and participants.

Sound Selection and Houseology have engaged Palace J Entertainment to deliver The Undercroft, a pop-up venue space, as the home for this one-off house music event.
Palace J Entertainment will oversee the event operations and delivery of the venue, working alongside Palace Group to deliver bar operations, event staffing and event day support.
Palace Group will provide the skilled personnel required across bar and event roles, supporting the smooth operation of the venue and a seamless experience for guests throughout the event.
Together, Palace J Entertainment and Palace Group will bring The Undercroft to life as a unique pop-up experience, combining quality house music with considered venue and hospitality operations.
WORLD POLICE & FIRE GAMES 2027

Palace J Entertainment has been engaged to deliver the Athletes’ Village for the World Police & Fire Games 2027, with Palace Group supporting the event through the delivery of bar operations and staffing.
The Athletes’ Village will operate as a vibrant social hub for thousands of international police and fire athletes, with nightly entertainment, activations, bars and hospitality experiences delivered throughout the nine-night event.
Palace Group will be responsible for bar operations and staffing across the Village, supporting the delivery of a seamless guest experience and helping create an engaging environment focused on connection, celebration and community throughout the Games.
When shifts are available, we will send out a notification from foundU via email to all employees in the platform. This will detail the event and the relevant date/s for upcoming shifts, shift times (where available as this may not be confirmed yet) and roles on offer. Employees will be prompted to log into their foundU profile to update their availability for the shift dates specified in the email by a specific date.
We can normally identify the shifts available 3-4 weeks prior to the event, depending on the arrangement. Hence, you can expect communication around that time requesting you to update your availability as a “once off” for the date/s of the event. Selection will be based on availability (first in best dressed as we may start rostering sooner so best to update your availability asap) as well as suitability/experience for required roles. A screening process may be carried out to see if you match the criteria (i.e. a phone call or WhatsApp message to arrange a phone call).
Palace Group prides itself on being a fun place to work, where we have old staff members wanting to return to work with us again, time after time! The more you apply and interact with our staffing team, as well as perform at the level we deem suitable, the more opportunities will be provided.
Please note that in order to be considered for a shift at Palace Group, we require you to be able to communicate clearly with our customers, think on your feet and physically be able to move at a fast pace. For some roles, you will be required to operate a 'point of sale' system whilst liaising with customers on their order (beverage, merch, cloak, ticket). Should you foresee any issues with being able to complete tasks and communicate with patrons effectively in this working environment, please advise.
